About Us
How it all started
Founded in 1990 by Louie and Florence Maifrini and their three children, the family decided to create a unique, high-quality food product that could be served quickly to large crowds at special events.
Drawing inspiration from a family recipe, they developed a pizza-style snack similar to a mini panzerotti.
The result was the "Panzeroli" — a name blending panzerotti and ravioli. Since then, Panzeroli has become a tradition and beloved favourite at local fairs and festivals for generations of fans.
Where we are now
In 2020, Florence and Louie’s daughter, Jeannie Brooks, took over the Panzeroli business alongside her husband Tim and their three children.
Inspiration struck during the COVID-19 pandemic when fairs and festivals came to a halt. With a renewed sense of purpose, the Brooks family launched Panzeroli drive-thrus in local parking lots and organized successful fundraisers at these pop-up events.
Now fully in charge, Jeannie and her family are focused on expanding the Panzeroli brand—with hopes of one day going international and bringing Louie and Flo’s dream to life.
Once a novelty, now a tradition
For over 35 years, the Panzeroli Wagon has proudly served the greater Hamilton-Niagara region.
Spanning from the annual Winona Peach Festival to the iconic Rockton World’s Fair.
While we've continued to operate at our best with a single food truck, we know there's even greater potential to reach. That’s why our next exciting endeavor is to expand by adding a second truck and growing the Panzeroli brand, one food truck at a time.

Our mission is to become a global food icon by bringing Panzeroli to stadiums, concerts, street corners, and celebrations around the world—through franchises, food trucks, and flagship locations—while staying true to the family values and quality that started it all.
